Share Your Thoughts: How to Leave Feedback for Loopbot.ai

Two Ways to Submit Your Feedback
We’ve made it simple to tell us what you think:
From Your Dashboard:
- After logging into Loopbot.ai, make sure you’re on your home dashboard.
- Look for your name in the top-right corner of the navigation bar and click on it.
- From the dropdown menu, select the ‘Feedback’ button. This will take you directly to the feedback page.
Via the Side Navigation Bar:
- While on your main dashboard, look at the side navigation bar on the left.
- Scroll down towards the bottom and click on ‘Feedback’.
What Kind of Feedback Can You Leave?
Once you’re on the feedback page, you have a couple of ways to share your thoughts:
- Star Rating: Quickly indicate your overall satisfaction.
- A five-star rating means you’re very happy with the product.
- A one-star rating suggests you’re dissatisfied.
- Comments & Suggestions Box: Use the provided text box to elaborate. This is where you can enter any comments, suggestions, or detailed feedback you have for the product team. Tell us what you love, what could be improved, or any new features you’d like to see!
