Set Your Team’s Schedule: Customizing Training Days in LoopBot.ai

Welcome back to the LoopBot.ai tutorial series! We know that effective learning fits into your team’s real-world schedule. That’s why we’ve made it easy to set the specific training days for your organization.

Our AI teacher, Loopy, diligently assigns daily loops (questions) to each of your team members to maximize their learning and retention. But Loopy also understands that not everyone works 24/7. As a team administrator on LoopBot.ai, you have the power to specify exactly which days of the week your team members should receive email notifications for their daily loop training. These settings apply to everyone on your team.

Accessing Team Settings

To adjust your team’s training schedule, you’ll first need to get to your Team Settings. Here are the two ways to do that:

  1. From Your Admin Dashboard: On the left navigation bar, look under the “Administrator” tab and click on ‘Settings’.
  2. From the Top Navigation Bar: Click on your name (or profile icon) in the top navigation bar, then select ‘Team Settings’ from the dropdown menu.

Customizing Team Training Days

Once you’re in Team Settings:

  1. Scroll down until you find the section titled ‘Team Training Days’.
  2. Here, you’ll see a list of all days of the week, each with a checkbox next to it.
    • A checked box means Loopy will assign daily loops and send notifications on that particular day.
    • By default, only weekdays are selected, meaning Monday through Friday.
  3. To change the schedule, simply check or uncheck the boxes next to the days you wish to include or exclude from training.
  4. After making your selections, click the ‘Update Training Days’ button.
  5. A small confirmation dialog will appear, letting you know your changes were successful.

You have the flexibility to change these training days at any time to best suit your team’s evolving needs and workflow. This ensures that Loopy’s valuable training integrates seamlessly with your team’s operations.
