How to Review Security Audit Logs in Loopbot.ai

Accessing Team Settings

To get started, you’ll need to navigate to your Team Settings. Remember, only team administrators can access this page. Here are two ways to get there:

1. From the Admin Dashboard: On the left navigation bar, look under the “Administrator” tab and click on ‘Settings’.
2. From the Top Navigation Bar: Click on your name or profile icon in the top navigation bar, then select ‘Team Settings’ from the dropdown menu.

Understanding the Audit Logs

Once you’re in Team Settings, look for ‘Audit Logs’ on the left navigation bar and click it. This will open the audit log page, which provides a comprehensive timeline of security-related user activity within your team.

The team audit log is a vital security measure designed to protect the online safety of your team and organization. It provides a detailed record of your team members’ interactions with the Loopbot.ai platform, including:

• Login and Logout Times and Devices: See exactly when and from which devices team members are accessing the platform.
• Account Changes: Track any security-related changes made by your team members, such as alterations to passwords or email addresses.
