Inviting New Teammates: A Quick Guide to Growing Your LoopBot.ai Team!

Building a collaborative environment is key to success, and adding new members to your LoopBot.ai team is a breeze! This guide will walk you through the simple steps to invite colleagues, friends, or anyone else you need to join your organization.

Step-by-Step: Inviting a New User

Whether you’re bringing on a new project manager, a content creator, or simply expanding your collaborative circle, here’s how to send out those invitations:

  1. Accessing Team Settings: There are two convenient ways to get to your Team Settings:

    • Look for the sidebar navigation. You’ll often find a direct link there.
    • Alternatively, head up to the navigation bar near your name/profile icon. Clicking there usually reveals a dropdown menu where you can select ‘Team Settings’ or a similar option.

  2. Initiate the Invite: Once you’re in Team Settings, locate and click the ‘Invite’ button. This will open up the invitation interface.

  3. Enter the Email Address: Simply type in the full email address of the person you wish to invite into the provided field. For example, if you’re inviting ‘Sleepy’ from the LooBot team, you’d type sleepy@loobot.com.

  4. Send the Invitation: After entering the email, click the ‘Send Invitation’ button. An email will immediately be dispatched to your prospective team member with instructions on how to join.

Managing Your Invitations

We know things change, so we’ve made it easy to manage your sent invitations:

  • Pending Invites: After sending, you’ll see a ‘pending’ notification, often displayed alongside your team members, indicating that the invitation is awaiting acceptance.
  • Resending an Invitation: Did your invitee miss the email? No problem! You can easily resend the invitation from the Team Settings area, ensuring they get another chance to join.
  • Canceling an Invitation: If you’ve changed your mind or invited the wrong person, you can always cancel the invitation. This immediately revokes access and removes the pending invite.
