Accessing Admin Notification Settings

First things first, you’ll need to navigate to your Team Settings. You have two convenient paths to get there:

  1. Via the Sidebar: On the left-hand sidebar, look for the “Administrator” tab and click on the ‘Settings’ button located underneath it.
  2. From the Navigation Bar: Go up to the top navigation bar, near your name. Click on your name or profile icon, and then select ‘Team Settings’ from the dropdown menu.

Understanding Staff Readiness Notifications

Once you’re in Team Settings, scroll down until you find the ‘Staff Readiness Notifications’ section. This is where you can control the valuable insights delivered to you. You’ll see options for both daily and weekly emails, each providing a different snapshot of your team’s performance.

Daily Emails: Your Progress at a Glance

Our Daily emails give you a quick, concise overview of yesterday’s activity on the Loopbot platform. With these notifications, you’ll see:

  • User Submissions: How many submissions each user completed yesterday.
  • Late Submissions: Any instances where users failed to complete their tasks on time.
  • Course Progress: The same detailed submission information is also provided for each individual course.

This daily snapshot helps you quickly identify trends and address any immediate needs.

Weekly Emails: A Broader Team Perspective

The Weekly emails offer a comprehensive, week-over-week summary of your team’s progress. These are perfect for understanding overall team health and course engagement. In these emails, you’ll find:

  • Course Overview: A list of every course available to your team.
  • Looped Submissions: The total number of looped submissions across each course.
  • Course Readiness Score: Your team’s readiness score for each course, indicating overall mastery.
  • Individual Team Member Data: Detailed insights for each user, including their total number of submissions and their individual readiness score.

Turning Notifications On or Off

Customizing these notifications is incredibly simple:

  • To activate a notification, simply check the box next to the desired email type (Daily or Weekly).
  • To disable a notification, uncheck the box.

After making your selections, be sure to click the ‘Update’ button. You’ll know your settings have been successfully applied when the button visually changes, confirming the update. You can adjust these settings as often as you like to ensure you’re always getting the right level of insight.
