How to Change Your Team Name in Loopbot.ai

Welcome back to the Loopbot.ai tutorial series! This guide will walk you through the simple process of changing your team name. Please note that you must be a team administrator to make this change.

Accessing Team Settings

To begin, you’ll need to navigate to your Team Settings. There are two easy ways to do this:

  1. From the Admin Dashboard: On the left navigation bar, under the “Administrator” tab, click on ‘Settings’.
  2. From the Top Navigation Bar: Click on your name or profile icon in the top navigation bar, then select ‘Team Settings’ from the dropdown menu.

Changing Your Team Name

Once you’ve accessed the Team Settings page:

  1. Locate the text box displaying your current team name.
  2. Click on this text box and type in your new desired team name.
  3. After entering the new name, click the ‘Update Name’ button.
  4. You’ll see a small confirmation message or dialog appear, indicating that your team name has been successfully updated.

You can change your team name at any time, giving you the flexibility to adapt as your team evolves.
